{"id":11044,"date":"2018-12-20T13:23:01","date_gmt":"2018-12-20T19:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cancer.wisc.edu\/research\/?p=11044"},"modified":"2019-04-30T13:23:54","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T18:23:54","slug":"december-2018-user-group-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wwwtest.cancer.wisc.edu\/research\/december-2018-user-group-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"December 2018 User Group Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>JIRA REPORTS<\/h3>\n<p>We have had fewer tickets in the last month, so we\u2019re focusing on bigger picture items.<\/p>\n<h3>NEWS AND UPDATES<\/h3>\n<p>Holiday coverage is the same.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact us as usual via Jira, email, or phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subject Status [Expired] Notifications have been updated via script from Forte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Users will no longer receive notifications for subject expirations on Terminated protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you know of something that\u2019s out of date in the DFDs, please let us know via Jira.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re working through the most pressing items first, but we also want to know if you find something as simple as a typo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>REPORT UPDATES<\/h3>\n<p>The following queries are being removed from the Protocol Data Discrepancy Report:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protocols with PC Console &gt; Main &gt; Protocol Type of \u201cDiagnostic\u201d should have PC Console &gt; Main &gt; Data Table 4 Report Type of \u201cObservational\u201d or \u201cAncillary or Correlative\u201d if accrual is applicable.<\/li>\n<li>If PC Console &gt; Sponsor &gt; Principal Sponsor = \u201cNCI\u201d then Protocol Number should start with \u201cNCI.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Missing ** Collaborator in PC Console &gt; Staff tab. ** Collaborator should be listed if \u201c**, **\u201d Staff\/Staff Role is listed.\n<ul>\n<li>The collaborator queries are bidirectional, and we are removing one half of them.\n<ul>\n<li>This update should clear out the majority of erroneous queries that users are receiving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to OST with any questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>TRELLO ITEMS<\/h3>\n<p>Precision Trial DFD Update<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jen Collins:Utilizing the \u201cPrecision Trial?\u201d and \u201cPrecision Trial Classification\u201d fields in OnCore will allow us to pull Precision Trial data across DOTs, since not all precision trials will fall under the Precision Medicine management group.<\/li>\n<li>Jen Collins is working on the DFD update.\n<ul>\n<li>Jen is open to ideas on how to make the identification easier-please send any suggestions her way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Anticipated go-live by Q1 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Naming Document Types: Combined Consent\/HIPAA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One can add both Main Study Consent and HIPAA Auth to a single document in OnCore, using existing OnCore functionality. This would the \u201cMissing HIPAA\u201d query many groups are receiving when using a combined consent.<\/li>\n<li>Based on user feedback, the preferred option would be to create the new document type for the combination, as the user could be confused seeing two items in the subject console -consent tab, when there is one document and the user would need to ensure they are entering the same date for each item listed in the consent tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Colors Between Environments<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the current version of OnCore, you can change your background color via My Profile -Preferences -Theme, but will not be available with upgrade.\n<ul>\n<li>Background will have a watermark instead of colors.<\/li>\n<li>Forte has heard complaints about this, so colors may be back in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JIRA REPORTS We have had fewer tickets in the last month, so we\u2019re focusing on bigger picture items.
