Participants will choose to attend 1 of 3 workshops. All members of a program’s education team are encouraged to attend, PDs, APDs, PCs, CCC members, and faculty.

5:00 pm – Welcome – Dr. Susan Goelzer, Designated Institutional Official (DIO) and Associate Dean Graduate Medical Education
5:10 – 6:30 pm – Workshop 1 – Feedback: How to Cultivate a Positive Feedback Culture with Dr. Aaron Kraut (APD, Emergency Medicine), Dr. Ben Schnapp (APD, Emergency Medicine), Darci Lammers, PhD (Director of Instructional Programs, Dept. of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation), and Sarah Fallon (PC, Emergency Medicine)
5:10 – 6:30 pm – Workshop 2 – CCC Best practices: Composition, Timeline, Data Documentation, and Meeting Logistics with Dr. Dan Sklansky (APD, Pediatrics) and Dr. Erin Brooks (PD, Pathology)
5:10 – 6:30 pm – Workshop 3 – Individualized Learning Plans: Working to Improve the Effectiveness of Faculty and Learners with Dr. Laura Maursetter (PD, Nephrology) and Sam Strennen (PC, Nephrology)
