Join us on Thursday, October 12 as we continue to raise money for Carbone’s Race for Research. Cyc offers a fun and exhilarating indoor cycling class that is sure to increase your heart rate. Each unique class combines calorie burning endurance intervals and weighted sectors with high-energy playlists and motivating instructors.
