Lauren Nettenstrom of the UWCCC Flow Lab will be presenting “Flow Cytometry Best Practices for Principal Investigators” on February 14, 2019 at 7:30am in WIMR 7170.
This seminar is specifically designed for Prinicpal Investigators both new to flow cytometry and those “old pros.” In the last couple of years the field of flow cytometry has exploded in number of parameters measured per assay, technology, and data analysis techniques. Lauren will present an overview of the current state of the field of flow cytometry and present best practices in the context of evlauating data for presentation and publication. She will also discuss best practices for planning long term experiments.
Although this is geared towards Principal Investigators, all are welcome.
